Even better, they have a large library of individual instructor workouts ranging from HIIT to yoga to cardio strength making you feel like you’re working with your own personal trainer. Navigating this library is really easy because you can filter by duration, difficulty, pace, and no equipment. Right now, they have a 30 day free trial special that we highly recommend signing up for.

With all of these great options for fitness programming it is easy to forget about simply taking a run or walk outside.
